telegram-bot needed to be installed to run the program and gecko drivers can now be installed via package manager.

Thanks for the hint! I've just realized that even telegram + telegram-bot packages can be omitted when using python-telegram-bot directly. I've changed that in another commit :)

thanks anyway for the code. worked like a charm. I used telegram support and got impftermine for both my parents in law in just one day.
