can't answering incomming call after forcing connection for user

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hide connect form to integrate sipml5 into a social website
2. parsing private identity and password via url (GET)
3. simulate LogIn click to be connecting to sip server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting connection to the sip server, making call and answering incomming 
calls.
All is ok expect answering incomming calls. The notification is shoning, the 
ringtone is ok. But when clicking the Answer button, it doesn't has any effect.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IM-client/OMA1.0 sipML5-v1.2013.08.10B
Linux and windows. chrome and firefox

Please provide any additional information below.

We have faced with this issue. Log from Javascript console is in attachment.
sipml5 does not send 200 OK when I push answer button. 
And does not terminate call when receive CANCEL message.

1.1.1.1 - global IP our PBX
1234567890 - caller ID
