Add Third Column View for iPadOS #78

This would be in Sidebar Controller, and all modals (like edit trip or edit item, etc) would go into a third column.

It doesn't look good at the moment. iOS makes it look like the center of focus, while it should be complimentary. I don't know of a way to make it work a different way right now.
