Turn off storage of raw economic results #299

Raw economic results take up alot of space (100+ GB for 5 models and 100 replicates) . Add an option to the if() statement to turn off raw result storage based on something set in the `'set_om_parameters_global.R'' https://github.com/lkerr/groundfish-MSE/blob/fe5ae329bbe97d9b39a263734acb90d9b29754c2/processes/OutputStorage.R#L24-L50
