[ ] Edit hardware_rasterizer to save off a command stream
[ ] Save logo command stream (may change timing)
[ ] Remove ENDs from stream (except last one)
[ ] Add commands to U-Boot "bootcmd" to play back stream on boot.
- [ ] Load stream into memory
- [ ] set GPO to kick off GPU

Depends on #19 .
