Battery Icon Gone (just shows text) after ICS Update #193

After the update on my EVO 3D to Ice Cream Sandwich couple days ago, I noticed 
the battery icon with the percentage inside was missing. It just shows text now.

Any way to get the icon back with the text inside it?

For the Pro version, you can get a plugin (press '+' on the "Colors and 
Settings" page) with the old icons with battery outline.  In most cases this is 
very hard to read on ICS, though, which is why you now have the large white 
text instead.
