(reviewed) Create Form for Calendar #21

User Story

As a user
I want to click on a button in the calendar
so that I can add meals to a specific day

AC

when button in calendar is clicked modal shows up
modal contains Create Form (see linked issue) with new input for date
when modal is closed added meal is displayed on current date

Design/Wireframe

Tasks

[x] create new branch
[x] add Create Form to Calendar component
[x] add new button to calendar
[x] create onClick functions for new button and buttons in form that toggle form (modal)
[x] add date key to objects in meals list
[x] render added meal on correct calendar date
