Implement Calendar and Add Meals #37

In this PR I implemented a calendar form FullCalendar library and added the meals list to the calendar. When an event is clicked the MealCard is opened as a modal and you can get to the detailspage like before.

Don't be bothered by the very wild styling, I will take care of it at the end of the capstone.
