Update README.md #6

That is all happening in Spain so far, in terms of monetary fines (there has also been loads of reprimands). Because of the DPA's filling system, it is not possible to know the dates in which the fines are published. I have been tracking them so I know the months in which they were imposed, which I have included in the list. Finally, LaLiga fine was infromally announced on June but was not published until July. Maybe worth changing it accordingly so the date criteria is the date of formal publication by the DPA. Best regards,

Aha, I thought of this. However, we still don't know if publication date is announcement date. But nice for flagging it.

Can we change 'XX' to '01' provisionally? Also, let's document it somewhere (bulletpoint) in the README. Would you do this or do you prefer me?

So in Spain fines are not announced as the ICO does. Rather, the Spanish DPA imposes the fine directly by sending it first to the affected party and only days later will the fine be published in the DPA's website. We knew about LaLiga's fine before it was officialy published in the DPA's website because LaLiga told the press when they received the fine. This does not normally happen so the only reliable date in the Spanish case seems to be official publication by the DPA? If so, LaLiga fine should be moved from June to July.

Both changes sound good; please feel free to introduce them yourself. Best I can do in terms of date accuracy is to include the day I found the fine, but it will probably not be the actual day of publication in most cases.
