Revise Bootstrap 3 and SB-Admin 2 #152

Due to SB-Admin 2's incompatibility with Bootstrap 4 I had to downgrade to BS 3, but the new major release has some sweet benefits. Is there another option for dashboards with similar effect to SB-Admin 2 but compatible with Bootstrap 4?

Remove it and build self with Bootstrap 4
