Remove pyo3 dependency for Ripstop compiler #27

I was lazy and added the pyo3 dependency to both the bin and the lib when making the Python API.

Ideally, there would actually be three crates:

A "core" crate which exposes a Rust API.
A "CLI" crate which creates a Python-free CLI interface.
A Python crate which builds the wheel for the Python API.
