During my tests, some of my patients reported that they were awaken during part of the night and for most of them they were able to report if the tinnitus had arised or not yet. It was most interesting as it enables "within night" comparison. I think I can find 3 or more subjects where this was the case (example: sleep begins 10pm with tinnitus volume at 4, patient awakes at 3am tinnitus still at 4, and then in the morning, tinnitus at 8) . I think I can even assess precisely when was the awakening so we can "split" the night in two parts and compare bruxism event distribution. What do you think?
