Header ribbon styling for long titles #42

I wonder how it would look for the single col pages if we extended the ribbons further across that pages

could have parsed all documents to make sure they aren't too long. but it made sense to just extend the ribbon on single-col pages. it looks better, it makes the headers more prominent and it doesn't fill that column was much as the twoCol layout does.. but this keeps the ribbon from looking TOO long. committed.
