Log instrumentation exceptions #23

The current behavior by the instrumenter and also the cc_wrapper is to abort instrumentation and compilation. When I wrote this issue, some exceptions where just ignored and then it would have made sense to log these ignored exceptions.

So we don't need this anymore.
