New Directory Structure II (for C code)

• [x] Move C code from instrumentation/src_tracer.c to lib/src_tracer.c
• [x] Move C includes from instrumentation/src_tracer.h to include/src_tracer/_after_instrument.h and instrumentation/src_tracer_ghost.h to include/src_tracer/ghost.h
• [x] Adapt src_tracer/instrumenter.py
• [x] Move and adapt instrumentation/Makefile to top level Makefile
• [x] Delete the instrumentation/ folder (there should be nothing left)
• [x] Add documentation for make in README.md. Also add documentation on making the python package.
• [x] Use -I, -L and -lsrc_tracer instead of using a copy of src_tracer.c for all examples in the README.md
• [x] Adapt cc_wrapper

If there is some better idea to the individual steps, I am open for it.

@ducorduck Could you check that checksum.c and switchi.c still work on your computer with the updated instructions in the README?
