Introduces a configuration file to configure:
- Standard recording
- Ringbuffer recording
- Shared memory ringbuffer with forked trace writing
  - Compressed (zstd) or uncompressed writing
  - Synchronization with busy-waiting or polling or uffd or futex
- Various optimizations
- Debugging

All these features could be found on different branches already but having them on one branch simplifies experimentation and development.
