mouse reference for TCR seq #2

Dear, Can you please help me find the mouse reference data for TCR alpha and beta (and gamma is available) Thanks in advance

There is currently no mouse TR reference for IMSEQ, but I can compile one for you next week.

Hi @lkuchenb, sorry to bother you again, would you soon have time to post the mouse TcRseq reference. My data is being sequenced now and I would like to analyse it with imseq. Thanks in advance

Hello @lkuchenb , we also need mouse TR referenses. Would you publish it on your imseq/ references?

Hi @momasao I'm afraid I currently don't have any resources to format the mouse reference accordingly. If someone wants to take this over I'm happy to merge the reference here.
