I'd like to know from where the human library reference was obtained from and the version number? I'm doing further downstream analysis (e.g. convergence etc). Using the cdrNucSeq and running them on igBlast returns different V and J genes on some records.
My suspicion is that the library used is different, so it would be great if I can get the library information to replicate on igBlast, thanks!
