feat:User registration/login

Notes:

• User registration/login should be done via JWT (djangorestframework-simplejwt)

Describe the issue in as much detail as possible (please don't be to poetic)

User needs to perform 3 actions using this API

• Register: by providing their credentials, users can register their information on our platform.
• Login: users, by entering their registered credentials, can log into the platform, navigate and take actions using their own identity.
• Logout: users should be able to call an API method which logs them out of the platform.
