chore(users): refactor the `views.py` and `urls.py`

Scope

changes to be performed inside users app.

Description

I need you to refactor the views.py such that:

• it is renamed to 'viewsets.py'
• it should reside inside users/api/v1/

I also need you to refactor urls.py such that:

• it should reside inside users/api/v1/

Change any related imports in other files and make sure the patreon_clone_api/urls.py knows about these changes.

Also make sure that sign-up, sign-in, logout and all related urls are accessible as:

• 127.0.0.1:8000/api/v1/login
• 127.0.0.1:8000/api/v1/signup
• etc
