Image proxy breaks on subdomain multisites. It will attempt to try files at the main domain, but not the subdomain.

After discussing this, it only seems to be an issue for old installs using ms-files. To that end, this will have little effect on most day to day. Closing as wontfix for now, if it gets enough need in the future we can revisit.
