[Feature Request] resizing the view window with the checkered boards to fit on the screen of the pc when setting a large canvas

when i set the canvas to 5k by 5k pixels, when I place the image i have to go all the way up then all the way down to click confirm, either the "confirm" and tool bar should be up or the viewing window should be resizable
