Crash when playing rebuild with a victory card in deck #448

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy rebuild (dark ages) 
2. Rebuild when you have no victory cards, or you have just Provinces. 
3. Will crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to loop twice through my entire deck (minus hand), and 
prompt that no victory cards were found. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
