A few Dark Ages problems #504

Some issues I've found with Dark Ages:

 - The card count at the end of the game doesn't show how many ruins each player
   had, at least if the ruin stack has run out.  (I haven't tested this with
   knights, although I'll bet it's similar.)

 - The hovel is a reaction, but it isn't blue.  (I also haven't seen the knights
   stack change color, but I also haven't played with knights that often.)

 - In a game with procession and cultist, in which the cultist stack was empty,
   I got into a state where I kept getting the option to play another cultist
   from my hand even though my entire deck was in my hand (or on the table), far
   beyond the number of cultists that should have been available.

This is all with the latest market version of Androminion, under the 
CyanogenMod 7.2 build of Android 2.3, on an HTC Desire.

...and I just noticed that the first two of these have already been reported; 
sorry about that.  The third is still new, though.
