Procession problem #509

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Procession as the only 4 cost in the kingdom
2.Buy out the Procession stack
3.Procession a 3 cost card. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game should continue, same as if you upgrade a copper (with no 1 cost on the 
board). Instead the fame waits for a 4 cost selection (which is not possible)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.01 on android 4.0.4
