cannot disable quick play #510

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start androminion 4.02 and enable quick play via settings.
2.play at least one game. 
3. Uncheck quick play.
4. New game still uses quick play despite not being checked on settings page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Quick play should be disabled but is not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 4.02 on nexus 7 running 4.2

Please provide any additional information below.
