When dragging elements, elements should:

slide right if there is space to fill on the right
slide left if there is space to fill on the left
slide to first position of next row if item is past boundary
slide to last position of previous row if item is first element in row and there is space to fill on previous row

Some CSS animations are already created for translations, but need to implement them with the logic above.
