Friendly fire is handled at CharacterHealth, so if false nobody in his team can deal damage, true everything deal damage.

[x] new logic
CharacterHealth.friendlyFire
- true: Character can recieve damage from friends
- false: Character can recieve damage only from enemies (that's include world)
Damage.friendlyFire
- true: I can Damage a Character with CharacterHealth.friendlyFire = true
- false: Only enemies
