Allow to trigger builds on merged branches

Currently, it will default to the actual branch, we should be able to allow users to specify if they want to run the build against a certain merge

Looks like the test Branch in case of a PR is incorrect. We should either:

not pass the pull_request_id -> it will only run against the PR branch
or give the branch_dest ->, in this case, it will merge the branch before building
