See above, can't do it now since brain is full of structuring concerns

Done with user-dirs (but done with `xdg.configFile."user-dirs.dirs".force`` since it works better). I don't think the zshrc replacement is really necessary since I can't find any instances of other people doing it, so I'm fine closing this for now.
