Delete tickets before installation (Of either just the ticket, or a full CIA) Add SeedDB entry for installed CIAs (Yay no more cryptofixing) Add region to generated CIA filename

Beautiful! It would be nice if the json had the seed (hint to that website), but this is cool too.
