Very slow download speed/ other questions about ciangel compatibility #118

I'm using and old 2ds not mode at all, just recently took her virginity by installing homebrew launcher in 11.2 using soundhax, installed using the .3dsx version and when it downloads it only downloads at 14.31 kb/s when I usually download at 100/200 kb/s using pc or phone, also is there any way to make the sleep mode work with this. So far it only rested it with super mystery dungeon 1 gb 76.1mb size will ciangel install it even without any fbi or those things that need firmware downgrade ?

Downloads can be slow, especially on O3DS and 2DS, I have 300+mbps internet, regularly get 25+MB/s steady downloads, but get ~300KB/s on my N3DS, and about 100KB/s on my O3DS's

You won't be able to install the CIAs from CIAngel without CFW such as Luma3DS. Hopefully fasthax+safehax should let you downgrade, and get full A9LH. You could try https://www.reddit.com/r/3dshacks/comments/5lsfar/112_downgrade_success_with_combined_safehaxfasthax/ to get a9lh now though

Just gonna put this here since you mentioned the downgrade thing. https://3ds.guide now can downgrade from 11.2 directly without hardmod/dsiware

Speed is not really something we have control over. The 3DS wifi is slow, that's just how it is, sadly.
