3ds loads infinite

All games i download from cia angel freezes in 3ds screen. what could it be?

Just repair them through the eShop. Go to the eShop, find the game's page and scroll all the way down and click the "Repair software" button. That always happens to me when I download games through CIAngel.

CIAngel doesnt install the seed properly iirc. To fix, just go to the eShop page. If it's an out-of-region game, there's some other method in which you use a seeddb.bin file which can be dumped from a properly seeded game using Decrypt9 to seed the game. All in all, I'd recommend using FreeShop instead, since it's featureset is largely the same, looks nicer, and properly handles seeds, DLC and out of region games. The only two advantages CIAngel still has over freeshop are:

• It lists ALL games. Not just the ones freeshop has indexed. Although most games are indexed through freeshop, some are missing (only a few, and Freeshops db is update daily.
• CIAngel allows you to install games using a manually entered titleID and titleKey.

There is an issue with some non-US system languages and seeds.

Easiest way to fix the infinite loading 3DS screen is to load up FBI and on the title select Import Seed.
