Can't install CIAs #148

as title says, i cant download cias. It fails to download wings.json and it doesnt download TMD. i'm running CIAngel on Luma on a 11.6.0-39E firmware. The thing is this error came out of nowhere, i was able to download both wings and Cias right a week ago
