Add download queue #43

Adds basic download queue support. Fixes issues with sleep mode.

Downloads will fail in sleep mode (We lose access to the network), but they will fail more gracefully now (A broken CIA won't be generated).

Right, I also changed Region and Mode to (R) and (L) respectively, and removed the menu items.
