Add NFT transfers indexing
Add NFT token information indexing (But not involve IPFS things yet)

Hey @Chomtana thanks for this PR.

I will close this since we are about to upload the 2nd version of the indexer that will make easier to integrate custom log/tx indexes for any kind of events.
