double check credits_applied_for_referee boolean #143

make sure its set to true and the balance is updated when its supposed to be

no not yet but should be easy to add. the referral test just needs to run for long enough basically (to eat up all the credits). and one assert is missing. all the data is fetched though

this is a Decimal now so that summing it up is much easier
