Make it easier to deploy and verify to mainnet/testnet using just a single script.
Removing the existing verify-only scripts since they don't seem to work for multi-file verification.
Update README.
Updated testnet script from Rinkeby to any Testnet (Tested on Goerli Testnet as well)
