docs: update diagram and add c4 audit

Motivation:

Cleaning up the repo before making it public.

Modifications:

Adding the c4 audit for visibility, a more detailed explanation of Llama in the overview docs, and made visual tweaks to the architecture diagram.

Result:

Llama users will be able to easily find our audits and view our documentation for a better understanding of the framework.
