Read the below resources to craft an incident response plan. It's worth having everyone read each of these in full, as you'll probably learn a lot:

• Simple Security Toolkit by Nascent: This whole doc is great, incident response template specifically is here.
• Security Incident Response 101 by MyCrypto: A very thorough guide to incident response.
• Emergency Procedures for Yearn Finance by Yearn: This one is nice because it's a real team's up-to-date incident response plan, with their checklist and other information.
• Building Secure Smart Contracts by Trail of Bits: There are lots of guidelines that are worth reading to make sure they are followed, and the incident response part specifically is here.

After reading, use the template by Nascent as the base for your incident response plan, and pull inspiration from the other links/templates as needed.
