In the current state of the application due to bootstrap, the add and remove button in all the templates is transparent.

@llaske I too was facing this issue, but re-pulling from the master branch solved my problem so I thought this issue was specifically with my system. If that is not the case and other people are also facing the same then I am reopening the issue. Please review the PR.
