There is an issue, the result is no longer displayed in real time.

To reproduce the issue:

• Launch activity from user A
• Share on Exercise
• Go to the result screen from user A
• Join the Exercise with user B
• Answer to question then finish
• The result screen A is not refreshed

The same thing work on dev.sugarizer.org
