Hi @llaske The current design doesn't seem good in mobile version image

I've thought to change it to something like this or we can make 3 rows, 1 will list activity icon and name, 2nd containing description and 3rd containing all tags image

Hmmm. Except the align left instead of the align right it's pretty the same than the current one.
