Geolocation functionality for clients #718

The addition of geolocation functionality to track the location of clients could be a good addition to sugarizer.

The first Sugarizer target is schools. Schools deploy their own Sugarizer Server and connect PC or tablets to it. So they don't need location since they know where are their devices.

Plus, for privacy reason, we don't want a way to track our users. It's by design.
