Add Github Actions as CI workflow #271

I want to release the final stable version 5.4 in 2 days now. This task will then be added in v6.0

Was introduced with version 5.4.3 or greater : see first job successfull with PHP 8 support (due to humbug/box package)

Already available, up and running with all platforms : PHP 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 and 8.0
