Ignore folder generated inside tools/client #72

This PR creates a .gitignore file to ignore the automatically generated folders inside the Tools/Client directory.

This change ensures that Git will ignore any generated folders within the Tools/Client directory.

Not sure why this is important for just updating, as long it’s not added to the repo itself it’s stated as unversioned and will be just displayed when making commits, so no real advantage. I also just ignore that.
