I tried renaming obse_loader to OblivionLauncher (also renaming the OG Launcher/deleting it), just opening it as obse_loader, opening Oblivion.exe, and opening the OG launcher named OblivionLauncher.exe. And I end up getting what the Issue title says. I have ensured that steam loader.dll, obse dll, obse_editor dll, and the data files are in the game directory. Bug still happening.
Im trying to test out a fresh game with a couple of modifications. I have the mod "Unofficial Oblivion Patch" to test if the Wrye Bash is working, "PEBKAC" which is a mod that checks OBSE is installed correctly and its plugin (if the game successfuly loads, which it doesn't), and "EngineBugFixes" which fixes bugs in the Engine. I also used BethINI, with Ultra preset and Recommended Tweaks (I have a modern computer, so it isn't a performance issue). The Object, Actor, and Item fade are set to 15, and Grass to 8192.
