Controller lock #28

Add a user lock button to the controller

This would be actually a great idea but have an option in unity to have it disabled or enabled and if the master of the world leaves/game crash it opens it so they can reclaim it or if you have a better idea. Some worlds have audiolink completely stuck to the table I don't like moving it around Because the VRC pickup is terribly annoying when you're trying to adjust the levels when you have other things you have to control in the world.
