import bookmarks support #11

Ok this needs also export function first aswell.

Fixed with commit https://github.com/llelectronics/webcat/commit/4c4e2a50dff769bbe0f83da2ae444c1974e9e2e9 and the commit before (for the export function) It will not export/import only bookmarks but the whole webcat configuration profile including cookies, history and settings.
