Navigation bar

Some adjustments have added a few light bugs to the navigation bar

• [x] When Home or Comments is clicked on - they no longer have an underline under them
• [x] When Notebooks is clicked it will no longer open and close when clicked
• [x] Currently the default theme of PenCrafted should always be highlighted
• [x] When clicking open Home, both notebooks and theme should be closed until clicked on
• [x] There clickable tabs in the nav bar no longer change color on hover
